He died on 11 September 2018 in Stockholm, Sweden.- Cy Fergusson was born in Freetown, Sierra Leone. At age 4 he migrated to Geneva, Switzerland with his family, and lived there for 9 years. At 13 years of age, whilst still in Geneva, he was told the truth about his identity. In the presence of his entire family, it was revealed to Cy that his parents were actually his grandparents, his two older sisters were his aunties, and his brother was his father. He was also told that day that his mother, a woman he did not know, would be taking over his upbringing soon. Cy moved to Los Angeles in the summer of 1994 to meet and live with his mother. He has resided in that city ever since.
Cy was discovered by commercial talent agent John Pierce whilst working as a sales associate at a retail store located in a popular mall in Los Angeles. Less than a year later he got his first role, a national commercial for Coca-Cola that never aired. He enrolled into the Beverly Hills playhouse school of acting early 2001, and studied there for two years. He was in the same class as actress Alice Eve for half a year.
Cy's first movie was a Fox searchlight short named "Kid Bang" (2002), staring opposite Roger R Cross. He then appeared on network TV series "Judging Amy" (2003), co staring opposite Tyne Daly. That was quickly followed by another co star role in the 2003 season finale of network TV series "E.R." , where he co starred opposite Noah Wyle. Excerpts from Cy's performance in that episode was featured on the 'most memorable scenes' series finale montage of E.R.'s 15 seasons run. Wilmot Selwyn Faulkner, professionally known as DJ WilSAF or Wil, is a British-Sierra Leonean DJ, music producer, radio personality, and entrepreneur. He was born on the 19th of April, 1978, in Freetown, Sierra Leone. DJ WilSAF has been a prominent figure in the music industry since the mid-1990s, renowned for his deep voice and exceptional mixing skills. Originally hailing from the esteemed Wesley Methodist Church Choir in Sierra Leone, DJ WilSAF discovered his passion for music at the tender age of nine.
His talent was swiftly recognized, leading to his appointment as an Announcer and in-house DJ, known as DJ Wil, at the Sierra Leone Broadcasting Corporation from 1996 to 2002. During his tenure, he captivated audiences with his resonant voice and unparalleled mixing abilities, earning him the prestigious title of The Master Selector. DJ WilSAF's reputation quickly spread, establishing him as a prominent and prolific figure in Sierra Leone radio. Throughout his illustrious career, he has also lent his voice to various organizations and brands, producing jingles and serving as a distinguished voiceover artist. With nearly three decades of experience in the music and entertainment industry, DJ WilSAF has firmly established himself as one of the United Kingdom's most celebrated professional DJs and Radio Presenters. His reputation extends far beyond the borders of the UK, with performances in renowned clubs and exclusive events worldwide, including Belgium, France, and the Netherlands. Born in Mogwemo, South Sierra Leone and raised in Freetown. Zachariah Lloyd Sesay is an Actor/Director/Producer/Screenwriter & Gospel Rapper. He started music at the age of 10 and recorded his first song in 2001 at the Forensic Records. He started acting in theatre in 2004. He started filmmaking in 2006 as an actor and writer. He wrote his first original script titled Community Crime in 2009. He shot his first movie Home of the Witches as an assistant director in 2010. And shot his second movie as the Director General in 2011. He directed movies and train actors until 2014; between these years he directed 9 movies which are considered substandard, except Community Crime, which he wrote in 2009 and directed in 2014, he took the lead role and that was the first time to take a lead role in a movie. He produced and directed his first documentary, a 3 in 1 Ebola education sensitization documentary film. He found the Lloyd Zachy Production Ltd and in 2017 Lloyd Zachariah directed and took the senior most role in a movie everyone considered as his breakthrough; this movie was written by him and produced by the Nollywood and Sierra Leone multi award winning producer and actor Collins Archie-Pierce based in the U.K, who also starred on the movie titled Transform. Zachariah has played major roles on other productions not mentioned here. He won his first international award at the Siiketv Network Rising Star Awards as the Writer of the Year 2017 for the movie Community Crime. Lloyd worked for a renowned organization called Life-By-Design as a screenwriter and producer for a brief, and he; Lloyd Zachariah is considered by most as one of the finest Screenwriters in the country. Lloyd later starred in a movie titled The Bond in later 2018. In October 2017 Lloyd released his first professional gospel music video titled Make it and H.O.L.Y in 2018 and is working imminently on his album. Lloyd Zachariah is also a film business entrepreneur, an advocate, a motivator and free lance air personality. He is the CEO of Lloyd Zachy Production Ltd, an indigenous company in Sierra Leone operating in multimedia, transportation, agribusiness and construction and also the president of H.A.A.A.N.D. Africa a Pan-African social advocacy and human right creative and performing art organization. Lloyd is one of the few finest screenwriters in the country and one of the fastest growing actors in Sierra Leone. He is a former Country Representative for African Youths for Development Commission, Former Secretary at African Filmmakers Association in Nigiera, Azania Filmmakers Association and the former Secretary General for the Actors Guild of Sierra Leone.- Jamees Fayia was born on 9 November 1976 in Freetown, Sierra Leone.
